Medina Cuadros began as a business venture in 1978 when Manuel Medina and Amelia Cuadros founded a law firm in Jaén. From this point on, a progressive expansion throughout the national geography began. Due to the growth of the firm, in 1994 he settled permanently in Madrid.

Currently, Medina Cuadros has three clearly differentiated business areas: Lawyers, Attorneys and Collection Management and is present in the main national financial centers with offices in Madrid, Valencia, Seville, Jaén, Granada, Santiago and Las Palmas.

Since its inception, the Firm has worked for hundreds of recognized companies and individuals in the country, highlighting important companies in sectors as diverse as electricity, telecommunications, banking, services, construction, public and private institutions, among others.

Over the years, Medina Cuadros strengthens its national structure and expands its services guided by a great international vocation. The Company has an office in Mexico City, which provides legal and technical support to all of the firm’s clients and companies with a presence in Latin America.

The Firm also has a large international network of collaborators, thanks to various agreements signed with European and American law firms, which allow it to achieve a global reach, in order to be able to defend clients wherever they have their interests.

Medina Cuadros strives daily for the integration of new technologies and information systems. It has its own computer applications, which are adapted to the needs of the client, offering a complete and effective service that always guarantees the best results. Proof of this is that Medina Cuadros is a pioneer company in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the Quality Management System in all its business areas: Lawyers, Attorneys and Recovery Management.

The implementation of quality in the Management System is a process that has contributed to the digital and technological transformation and prevention in general of this firm and continues with the addition of a new certification on Data Security (Cybersecurity) with the obtaining of the ISO 27001 which Medina Cuadros is already working on.

The office Medina Cuadros is also a benchmark in The company therefore devotes a portion of its funds to projects to help those most in need and maintains sustainable business practices that ensure the protection of future generations, as a further element of its Corporate Social Responsibility.

The firm also conducts various campaigns in which all the participants are involved. the staff, as the one carried out in the past year, which was very well received Christmas “Toys for all”, in which all workers and employees their families collected more than 300 toys for all the children to keep the illusion of receiving their Epiphany gift.

The Company continues to grow and today has a staff of more than 400 workers that together with the Management and a well structured work in all its phases and departments are the key to the growth that Medina Cuadros has experienced during these years.
