Medina Cuadros participates in an event on "The Criminal Liability of Legal Entities and Compliance"

Eloy Velasco, from his experience in the National Court, confessed that in some criminal investigations it is not possible to identify which individual committed the criminal act 'but the corporate entity behind it is, and we have been able to impose some type of sanction that, at least, restores to society the balance that was caused by companies that broke the law.'
